A people zapper is a hitech weapon that can be used to torture and murder without evidence. Thousands of people are abused and murdered (zapped to death, driven to suicide) every year with these weapons, most of them having no clue of what is actually happening. Developed by military as the new generation weapons, these weapons have found their way to the obscure intelligence communities (secret services) and are being used against a country’s own citizens.
These weapons are better called people burners or people cookers and are often applied with intensities intended to cause damage, e.g. burn skin, burn head (headaches), burn hands (discomfort/prevent writing and playing musical instruments), burn kidneys (serious pain), burn legs (prevent sports), or intended to cause death (heart).
